Treatment

The treatment is conservative or surgical depending on the degree and the stage of the neuropathy.

Stage I: solely subjective symptoms without neurological deficit:
Conservative treatment
Stage II: subjective symptoms + sensory deficit + slight dysfunction of the interossei:
Conservative or surgical treatment
Stage III: serious sensory deficit , palsy of the interossei, adductor pollis and hypothenar.
Surgical treatment.
