Disorders of the elbow that are characterized by a non-capsular pattern of limitated movement are:
- Bursitis bicipitoradialis
- Loose body in the joint
- Acute olecranon bursitis
- "pulled elbow"
- isolated lesion of the proximal radioulnar joint
However, it is not always easy to detect a subtle limitation of movement.
