HELP: TREATMENT

Type II is not reacting on Mill's manipulation..

Treatment with deep transverse friction, followed by a Mills' manipulation has a success rate of +/- 50%.
Result must be judged after ten sessions (three weeks treatment).
If there is neither subjective nor objective improvement after 6-10 sessions, this form of treatment is abandoned and must be replaced by another treatment form.

Some specific tennis elbows are excluded from treatment with Mills' manipulation.
Treatment is obsolete in the following conditions:

Limited passive extension of the elbow (contra- indikation)
Pronounced inflammation (nocturnal pain)
Local swelling

Check the technique of deep friction and manipulation and check the correct procedure .
