Acute Subdeltoid Bursitis

Examination

Limitation in a non-capsular way:

• Gross and painful limitation of active and passive elevation.
• The other passive movements may be painful as wel but not (or only slightly) limited.

Endfeel:

• The movement is stopped before tissue resistence is encountered because it is to painful to continue.
• The shoulder is extremely painful to the touch.
