Tennis Elbow

Recurrence after a successful Mills' manipulation.

This is a rare situation, as the Mill's manipulation is believed to imitate speed up the mechanism of spontaneous recovery.

However, if this situation presents, the following questions should be asked:

Is this a recurrence of the same type II or is another type of tennis elbow causing the disablement?
Is there any anatomical or structural divergences that may predispose to a recurrent lesion?
Have the important and necessary preventive measures been omitted?

Another treatment with frictions and manipulations does not make sense.
A local infiltration with triamcinolone is then the treatment of choice.
