Triamcinoloneacetonide

Indications

• Tennis elbow type II
• Golfers elbow type I
• Bicepstendinitis tenoperiosteal
• Tricepstendinitis tenoperiosteal
• Bursitis Bicipito-radialis
• (Olecranon bursitis)

The following disorders are curable only by infiltrations with triamcinolone:

• Bicipito-radial Bursitis

Infiltraties with triamcinolone is the treatment of choice in:

• Golfers elbow type I
• Bicepstendinitis tenoperiosteal

Infiltration is not the first choice but deep frictions is the treatment of choice in:

• Tendinitis in sportsmen
• Relapse after an initially good result with triamcinolone-infiltrations
• Weakness of a tendon (partial rupture)
