Side Effects

Side effects are minor and of a temporary nature.
They are usually the consequences of wrong indications or a bad technique.

Increased local tenderness.
This may persist long after disappearance of pain due to the lesion.
Formation of a blister.
This results from vigorous friction between the therapist's finger and the skin.
It can be prevented by the application of spirit before, during and after
the treatment which helps to dry the skin.
