The Elbow

Resisted Flexion of the fingers

Technique

Indication
In very localised lesions of a 'golferselbow' - a tendinitis of the common flexor tendon which originates from the medial epicondyle - it may happen that the classical tests - resisted flexion of the wrist and resisted pronation of the arm remain painless.

The pain is then only evoked by resisted flexion of one or two fingers.
