• Qualified in Orthopaedic Medicine with JH Cyriax in London in 1981
• Taught with Dr. JH Cyriax from 1982 until his dead in 1984 in the UK, USA en Scandinavia
• Co-founder of the BSSOM (Belgian Scientific Society of Orthopaedic Medicine) in 1980.
• President of the BSSOM 1990-1996
• Teacher BSSOM
• First author and Editor-in-chief of " A System of Orthopaedic Medicine", Saunders 1995
• First author and Editor-in-chief of " Atlas of Orthopedic Examination of the Peripheral Joints", Saunders 1999
